We attend every kind of costs-related hearing including costs management, detailed assessments, oral reviews, interim applications and appeals in all courts. We also prepare points of dispute/replies and opinions on difficult issues.
Stephen Hines, barrister and owner of CityGate Chambers, has been undertaking costs work since 2004, and advocacy since 2005.
We are happy to undertake costs work on a direct access (also known as 'public access') basis.
