Expert in all things insurance, our services include advising and assisting on both contentious and non-contentious matters relating to policy wording and interpretation.
With a particular focus on professional negligence, motor and liability, we regularly act for some of the UK's leading insurance companies and self-insureds - advising, drafting legal documents and attending hearings, including trials.
Stephen Hines, barrister and owner of CityGate Chambers, has been undertaking costs work since 2004, and advocacy since 2005.
We undertake insurance work on a direct access (also known as 'public access') basis.
